Shipping Information

Orders destined for Spain are delivered in 1/3 days.

International orders may take between 7 and 30 business days to be delivered (depending on the country).

Countries outside the EU may charge additional custom fees to the original shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping types

Shipments are made through the National Postal Service.

There are two types of shipping at your disposal: ordinary and certified.

• Ordinary shipping : It does not have a tracking number, so the package cannot be tracked from the moment it is shipped until it reaches its destination. In case of delay, damage or loss, no claim can be made to the National Postal Service, and therefore, the buyer must assume such situations should they occur. In case of delay, damage or loss with this type of shipment I am not responsible for issuing any type of refund or making any replacement.

• Certified shipping : It has a tracking number, so the user can follow the package from the moment it is shipped until it reaches its destination. In case of delay, damage or loss, I am not responsible for issuing any type of refund or making any replacement, however, a claim may be made to the National Postal Service to take charge of the return of the value of the loss or damage. I highly recommend choosing this option if you purchase at least one print, since fine art prints are valuable items and with this type of shipping you can ensure with a high probability that the order will reach its destination safely.

Rates

SPAIN

• Ordinary shipping : It does not have a tracking number, so you will not be able to follow the package from the moment it is shipped until it reaches its destination. It cannot be claimed at the post office.
  • If the package weighs between 0g-100g, the shipping costs are €1.45.
  • If the package weighs between 100g-500g, the shipping costs are €2.90.
  • If the package weighs between 500g-1000g, the shipping costs are €5.90.

• Certified shipping : The package includes a tracking number with which you can see where it is going at all times. In case of loss, you can make a claim to the Post Office service.
  • If the package weighs between 0g-100g, the shipping costs are €5.50.
  • If the package weighs between 100g-500g, the shipping costs are €6.95.
  • If the package weighs between 500g-1000g, the shipping costs are €9.95.

EUROPE (excluding Albania, Armenia, Bosnia, Cyprus, Georgia, Malta, Moldova and Russia) AND GREENLAND

• • Certified shipping : The package includes a tracking number with which you can see where it is going at all times. In case of loss, you can make a claim to the Post Office service.
    • If the package weighs between 0g-100g, the shipping costs are €7.60.
    • If the package weighs between 100g-500g, the shipping costs are €11.75.
    • If the package weighs between 500g-1000g, the shipping costs are €18.15.

USA, CANADA, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND AND RUSSIA

• Certified shipping : The package includes a tracking number with which you can see where it is going at all times. In case of loss, you can make a claim to the Post Office service.
  • If the package weighs between 0g-100g, the shipping costs are €9.
  • If the package weighs between 100g-500g, the shipping costs are €15.35.
  • If the package weighs between 500g-1000g, the shipping costs are €26.45

REST OF THE COUNTRIES

• Certified shipping : The package includes a tracking number with which you can see where it is going at all times. In case of loss, you can make a claim to the Post Office service.
  • If the package weighs between 0g-100g, the shipping costs are €8.55.
  • If the package weighs between 100g-500g, the shipping costs are €15.35.
  • If the package weighs between 500g-1000g, the shipping costs are €26.45.

Important:

• If you are not at home at the time of delivery, they will leave you a notification with which you can pick up your package at your corresponding office.
• Check that the shipping address is correct. Sometimes autocomplete or using payment platforms like PAYPAL causes the address to vary.

Packaging

All orders prepared and packaged with care. They are sent in a rigid cardboard envelope to avoid being damaged in transport. If your package arrives in poor condition, please contact me.
